RULE OF LAW



1. What is the rule of law?

→ The state in which every activity of the state is governed by the law is called a state of law.

2. According to Professor A. V. Dicey, what are the things included under the rule of law?

= i. Constitution is the basic law of the state.

ii. It is the law of the state that everyone should be treated equally.

iii. No one should be punished without violating the laws and policies of the state.

3. Mention the characteristics of the rule of law.
