1. What is population management?
→ Controlling the growth rate of the population according to the means and resources available in the country and keeping the population and population density within certain limits is called 'population management'.

2. What is included in population management?
→ Effective distribution of population growth control services and proper allocation of infrastructure also falls under population management.

1. Discuss the measures of population management?
= * Birth
→ Birth interval refers to the period between the birth of two children, for the good health of the child and the mother.
* Marriage at an appropriate age
- According to Nepal's marriage law, the age for marriage for men and women is 18 years with the consent of parents and 20 years without the consent of parents or guardians.
* Women's education and empowerment

* Gender equality
→ Gender equality means no discrimination between men and women. Rapid population growth can be controlled if sexual equality can be maintained by giving equal importance to sons and daughters. This helps in population management.
