→ The legal age for boy is 21 and girl is 18 to get married. Some of the marriage based on arrangement are:
- Arranged Marriage = The marriage arranged by their parents is called arranged marriage. This is very reliable as well as long lasting marriage system so we can see very rare divorce case in this system.
- Love marriage= The marriage between two lovers is called love marriage. In Nepali culture sex is not acceptable before marriage. So lovers can't stay together in same bed so they must wait till marriage for sexual relationship.
- Court marriage= The cast marriage is a formal union of a man and a woman typical solemnized by legal procedure in bow cart, by which they became husband and wife.

- They will be responsible toward themself and their children regarding there future, diet and education, etc.
d) What are the positive aspects of marriage act in Nepal? Explain them.
→ There are many positive aspects of marriage act Nepal. The Nepal Marriage Act 2028 & defines the legal age for marriage, with parental consent at 13 years for boys and 16 years. for girls and with it consent at 21 years for boys and 18 years for girls. However, the eleventh amendment in the Manage Bet in 2002 AD, has defined the legal age at marriage with parental consent to be is years. for both boys and girls wile it is 20 years for boys and girls without parential consent According to this act, early marriage is illegal. Same sex marriage is also considered as illegal in Nepal. dowry system should not be practiced it is illegal.
e) List the disadvantages of early marriage.
→ There are a lot of disadvantages of early marriage Some of them are:
- Missing out on the fun of teenage and being young Young couples cannot enjoy their child rights.
- Due to early marriages there is less opportunity of getting education and better jobs.
- Females reproductive organs are not well developed in Early age.
- Financial problems can be cause of divorce.
- child marriage and early pregnency can affects women's health, and productivity, sob opportunity and prospects of escaping poverty.
f) Explain the form of marriage based on legal aspects.
= Some of the aspects of marriage based on legal aspects are:-
- Void marriage= A void marriage is a marriage that is void and invalid from its very beginning. Such marriage is unlawful and requires no formality to terminate.
- Voidable marriage= The marriage is valid but subject to cancellation if contested in court by one of the parties of the marriage. The validity of a voidable marriage can only be made by one of the parties to the marriage; thus a voidable marriage cannot be annulled after the death one of the parties.
- legal marriage - the legal marriage age in Nepal 221 years for men and 18 years. 8 years for women. But recently, the government has announced that the minimum age of marriage must be above 18 years. Marriages may be solemnized according to The customs and usage of the Individual's religion caste, community or family, provided that those customs do not violate any of the law provisions

- If a wife stays separately from her husband for three years or more continuously without her husband's consent or if she is found to engaged in acts that can take her husband life, the husband will have the right to get a divorce from such wife and have another marriage.
- If a husband bring another wife and stay separate by from her without baking care for three years. or more continuously divorce he is found in engaged. in acts that can like the writes life, the wife will have the right to get a divorce from such a husband and have another marriage.
- If it is proven that the wife has had a Sexual intercourse with another man or if she has Eloped, the husband and the cute and be automatically divorced.
- If the wife suffers from STIs or cannot give birth for ten years or if she is mad, in such situation, husband all have the right to get a divorce.
h) Mention five roles that the male and female for a happy family life.
→ There are very important role that the male and female play for a happy family life. Some of the roles are:
- The couples should adjust their married life.
- They should balance work and family.
- They should develop positive relationship and Conflict resolution strategies
- They should enhance better communication skills among the members in the family and society.
- They should work together in marital and family responsibility.
i) Why delayed marriage is getting popular ? Explain five advantages.
→ Delayed marriage is getting very popular now a days because there are various advantages of it and couples doesn't have to face problem in there married life. Some of it's advantages are given below.:
- It help to control the complication during pregnency and delivery since reproductive organs of both male and female come to maturity.
- The person can achieve better study and better Jobs They got an opportunity to get knowledge, skill and experience on can be self dependent to run their family successfully.
- They will be responsible towards themself and their children regarding their future, education and health health.
- There is a less chance of risk in mother during pregnancy and any other time.
