→ Family life education is the educational effort to strengthen individual and family life through family perspective. The objective of family life education is to enrich and improve the quality of individual and family life. It's importance are:
-Family life education is the method of teaching Families to enrich family life and to prevent problems before they occur.
-Family life education helps the youth in their growing stage to know about the social, emotional and physical changes that occur within themselves in their growing Stage
-The most important thing about family life education is that it helps newly married couple and parents to understand and perform their responsibilities, effectively and Successfully.
-Family 1½ education is targeted to impart proper knowledge, skills and attitude to the public concerning the developmental parts of the individual and his/her family
- It underscores the importance of reaching teens with messages about abstinence and sexual risk reduction before they become sexually active.
b) Write the objective of family life education in the Context of Nepal.
=The objective of family life education in the Context of Nepal are:
-Understanding marital and family patterns and processes.
-Building strengths in individuals and families. figuring interpersonal skills for present and future
-Incorporating key processed of communication, decision making and problem solving into family life education.
-Understanding the harmonious relationships among family members and locks taking them be fulfill their roles and responsibilities
c) Define gender equality and write the aspects of gender equality.
=Gender equality means an equal level of empowerment, participation and visibility of both sexes in all Spheres of public and private life.
Some of the aspects of gender equality a are:
- Equality in rearing and nurturing
- Change in traditional notion
- Education for all Respect and responsibility
- Minimizing the daily work load for women.
- legal and policy provision.
d) What is women empowerment at the necessary steps to be taken for women empowerment.
→ Women empowerment means giving women the skills and knowledge to take advantage of the many opportunities available to them to improve their lives.
Some of the necessary steps should be taken for women empowerment are:
- Provision of bus to punish the parents and other persons involved in girls trafficking will enhance women empowerment and reduce the girl trafficing
-distribution of citizenship certificates on the loss of birth registration but not on the busts of the lead of the house (father)·
-legal reform to ensure equal rights of girl children Citizenship, manage, inheritance, education and other facilities
-Public awareness campaigns against all types of voilence against women will empower women.

e) ''family life education help in family welfare of a family'' Justify with strong reason.

f) What do you mean by family life education ? In how many types is Family divided? Explain

* Nuclear Family - Nuclear family is the family in which only father mother and childrens used to survive there their life.
* Joint family, Joint family is the family in which all the family members like grandmother grand father uncle, aunt, Cousins parents and children used to live Combinely in one house and share. one dining.
g) Discuss any five advantages of the record of family. expenditure statement.

Records Could shorten the time it takes to collect Insurance, military benefits, veteran's benefits or an income tax refund Evaluating past records provides information for planning future spending. h) "If women are empowered in the family, quality of life will be improved'' Justify it with strong reasons.
→When the women of the family is empowered then the family will have a happy life because the women can look to different aspects of the family. A fin empowered women can do very good job and assist the family in the financial matters. When the women in the family is educated and empowered then the women can take care of the child To a different way so that the children in the family will get good nourishment and assistance in education Therefore if the women in the Is empowered then the quality of life will be Improved family.
